In late 2022, our Founder took on a new challenge...
After 7+ years in marketing and technology, a conversation with the owner of a brand new property management company led to a series of crazy experiments.

All with the intention of answering the following question:

The phrasing of the question was important. We weren't out to generate more "leads"...

We were out to add tangible revenue for the business...without the benefits of outside funding and investment.

At the time, the property management company was at 20 doors under management, and was relying on leads and growth from commonly used platforms like All Property Management and Thumbtack.

Growth was stagnant. Which created a blank canvas for wild experimentation.
